Do you charge for the initial discovery call?

No. The first 30-minute call is free. You walk away with a written one-page assessment of your current HubSpot setup whether or not we move forward.

How is your pricing different from HubSpot's official onboarding fee?

HubSpot's mandatory onboarding fee runs $1,500 to $7,000 depending on the hub and tier (Sales Hub Professional starts at $1,500; Marketing Hub Enterprise reaches $7,000). We are an independent consultant. On a 6-month or annual retainer, the onboarding work is included at no extra fee.

Can you migrate us from Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM?

Yes. Standard migration covers contacts, companies, deals, custom properties, owner mapping, and historical activity. Salesforce migrations include opportunity to deal mapping with custom field translation. Migration is part of the Onboarding Sprint and Full Build engagements.

What if we already have a HubSpot setup that needs cleanup?

Start with a HubSpot Audit. We review your portal, score it across 12 categories (data quality, automation logic, pipeline structure, reporting, permissions, integrations, etc.), and deliver a prioritized fix list. The audit credits toward any retainer engagement.

Do you handle marketing automation or only sales?

Both. Marketing Hub workflows (lead scoring, nurture sequences, list segmentation), Sales Hub automation (deal stage logic, follow-up sequences, quote generation), and Service Hub ticketing all fit inside the Full Build engagement.

How quickly can we go live?

Onboarding Sprint: 2 weeks. Single-hub setup with 4 workflows and one pipeline. Full Build: 4 to 6 weeks for multi-hub configurations with integrations. We schedule a launch call before go-live to confirm the team is trained and the data is clean.

Do you provide ongoing training?

Yes. The Ongoing Optimization tier includes up to 8 hours of recorded training per quarter, role-specific videos, and a Loom-style explainer for any new workflow we build. Live sessions are available on request.

Can you integrate HubSpot with Stripe, QuickBooks, or other tools?

Stripe via HubSpot Commerce Hub or Stripe Payment Links is native. QuickBooks runs through the official integration or a custom n8n bridge if you need more control over invoice timing. Supabase, Resend, Slack, and your hosting platform all integrate through n8n or webhooks. Custom integrations are part of the Full Build tier.
